After completing the project to your satisfaction, the final step is to make the last payment, marking the end of a successful journey with Seabreeze Landscaping.
We stand behind our work with a 5-year warranty on hardscaping and artificial turf.
All perennial plants, shrubs, and trees will come with a 1-year warranty provided the owner takes proper care of the softscapes, including, but not limited to, providing water, fertilizer, and insect and disease control (irrigation system required). Plants not covered under warranty are annuals, perennials smaller than 1 gallon, tropical plants, woody ornamentals, palm trees, interior plants, roses, bare root plants, grasses, and bamboo. Seabreeze Landscaping will not cover plant loss due to natural disasters, extreme weather, or Acts of God. Nor damage by vandals, animals, negligent care of plants, wrongdoing by a third party, incurable disease or insect infestation, road salt, or other snow/ice control chemicals.
Once your project is complete, we perform a final jobsite walkthrough with you. We will be available any time after that to ensure our craftsmanship is still up to par throughout the warranty period.
